NEW WEEK ..... AUSTIN GONE

Well It's just Logan and I tonight. Austin is gone again, and this time for good. I'm just sick of his crap and his dad can put up with it. I wish it was summer because i guarantee he's going to go nuts with Mary all the time, but hey whatever, you made a choice, and you are going to live with it.

Had a awesome workout today. Short KB workout at the gym, Hour and a half walk which contained 4 times up and down 8th street hill, four or five times ( i lost track) up snake alley. So it was a good day. Although i do need to finish some KB swings, probably 100 and some abs.......
